The Nola Yurp Initiative has partnered with Neil Takemoto of CoolTown Studios, a crowdsource-based real estate development consulting firm based in Washington DC, to facilitate and develop a cutting edge district for young professionals in New Orleans.
The project’s success is based on a method called crowdsourcing, where Nola Yurp members will have the opportunity to design, develop, and contribute input for the establishment and creation of the new district.
